Our primary focus is delivering premium, carefully crafted fish dishes. We source our seafood deliberately and prepare it in our controlled kitchen environment. We strive for absolute accuracy in our ingredient lists and allergy notices.
Each meal arrives with specific reheating instructions. For the best culinary experience and to ensure optimal food safety, you must strictly follow the provided guidance for heating the fish to the proper internal temperature prior to consumption.
Because our product consists of highly perishable, chef-prepared fish dishes, successful delivery requires prompt retrieval and immediate refrigeration. Upon arrival, your meals must be transferred to a refrigerator operating at standard cooling temperatures without delay.
If you are unavailable to receive the box at the estimated delivery time, Fin & Fork cannot be held responsible for the degradation of the seafood ingredients. Proper handling from the exact moment of drop-off is entirely your responsibility.
Due to the fresh nature of our fish inventory and our strict preparation schedules, all orders are locked in ahead of the delivery date. We cannot accept cancellations, modifications, or refund requests once an order has entered the active kitchen preparation phase.
